The church-as-institution was not founded; it was assembled — and the assembly is documented. The canon was forced into existence by a heretic's list (Marcion, c. 144) and first matched our 27 books in a bishop's Easter letter (Athanasius, 367); the definition of God was set by a non-scriptural word under imperial process (Nicaea, 325) and made compulsory by imperial decree (Thessalonica, 380); the deed to the papacy's temporal power was an outright forgery the Church's own encyclopedia concedes (the Donation of Constantine, exposed by Valla in 1440); the rival library was buried in a jar at Nag Hammadi until 1945; the Greek immortal soul was fused over the Hebrew nephesh; and Purgatory crystallized as a nameable place roughly twelve centuries after the crucifixion, just in time to be monetized. This Book walks that assembly line end to end — the Overwrite Timeline, all 35 rows, every claim wearing its dating tier — and teaches the reader to see the Franchise: the institution that sells access to a God it never owned. Where the popular myths overshoot (Constantine picking the Gospels, a close vote on Jesus's divinity, Mithras born on December 25), we correct them, because our indictment is stronger than the myth — ours is documented. What this Book claimed

This is the Book’s claim-spine: every load-bearing assertion it makes, stated once, in one sentence, with its tier attached. It is reproduced here verbatim from the volume so that a claim can be quoted, checked, and argued with directly.

1. The church-as-institution was assembled — its five controls (library, definition, channel, ledger, past) each built late, under pressure, at datable moments, then backdated. (Reconstruction on bedrock parts.)
2. The first fixed Christian canon was published by the expelled Marcion (c. 144); the church's 27-book list first appears in Athanasius's Easter letter of 367 — the canon was a boundary drawn against rivals, then remembered as a birthright. (Bedrock.)
3. The canon's sorting criteria included conformity to the winners' theology; the filter was real, honestly applied, and structurally self-serving. (Bedrock fact, our reading.)
4. Nicaea (325) did not choose the Bible, invent the Trinity, or narrowly vote Jesus divine — the Da Vinci Code version is false in every part. (Bedrock correction.)
5. The true Nicaea indictment is deeper: the definition of God became a product of imperial process — a non-scriptural formula, produced under the emperor's roof, enforced by exile and, from 380, by law. (Bedrock.)

7. The one explicit Trinity proof-text (1 John 5:7) is a late insertion, and the manuscript that forced it into print survives, copied from a parent that lacks the verse. (Bedrock.)

9. The monarchical bishop of Rome is a retrojection: the earliest Roman church was led by a college of presbyters, with the single bishop emerging by the mid-2nd century — conceded by mainstream Catholic scholarship (Raymond Brown). (Bedrock.)
10. The succession claim fails as a chain of custody: three simultaneous popes for 39 years, Augustine's own ex opere operato ruling, Galatians 1:1's chain-free apostle, and paperwork that includes forgeries. (Bedrock facts, our arrangement.)
11. The "hidden nobility" conspiracy is declined — and unnecessary: the papacy's aristocratic capture is in the public record, down to a hereditary throne-office held by the Colonna until 2018. (Declined + bedrock.)
12. Nag Hammadi (1945) restored the losers' library and proved early Christianity plural; the books cut were disproportionately the ones that made mediation optional — we charge the selection and concede the heresiologists' rough accuracy. (Bedrock + our reading.)
13. The immortal soul is substantially a Platonic import fused over the Hebrew nephesh; the Bible's own sharpened hope is bodily resurrection (Cullmann) — and the imported soul is what made the afterlife administrable. (Contested-but-grounded + reconstruction.)
14. Purgatory's noun and place are 12th-century (Le Goff); its market detonated the Reformation; and the defendant confessed at Trent — "ambition, avarice, and cupidity" — while keeping the doctrine. (Bedrock.)
15. December 25 is honestly unknown — borrowing and calculation both live, and the Mithras birthday claim is false; the documented costume-work is elsewhere, above all the Magdalene rewrite (591) and its confessing reversal (1969). (Tiered as stated.)
16. Across the 35-row Overwrite Timeline, only three rows are well-dated — and two are institutional acts of the church: ideas drift; franchises legislate. (Bedrock dataset, our finding.)
17. The empire never died — its capital, map, law, bureaucracy, architecture, orthodoxy-enforcement, and revenue machinery were inherited by the institution in the same city; the Pontifex Maximus "unbroken title" version is false and conceded, and the Renaissance re-adoption is itself the tell. 18. The imperial reflex is current-tense: sovereign immunity engineered against subpoenas, a cardinal convicted by the Vatican's own court in 2023 — and beyond Rome, great powers sanctioning the ICC's judges rather than answer its claim. 19. Every tradition in the file keeps a fire above the throne — Deuteronomy's king under the law, Nathan and Elijah, Gevurah and the qlippah, the Chinvat crossing, dharma, Yawm ad-Din, the Magnificat — and the claim "nothing above us" has been filed and denied since Pharaoh. 20. The method survives its own mirror: the four tells convict our targets on the record, the official account shows the tells too — and our own account wears its tiers, quarantines its cranks, and declines its overcharges in public, because provocative-but-never-false is the entire brand.
